What information do we collect? Necessary data we need to provide the Services
You can visit our site anonymously. We only collect personal information when you register for our application based on agreement with the participating (authorized) school. When registering for our application, you may be asked to enter your personal information: first name, last name and email address.
If you are under age 13, you are not allowed to submit any personal data through our Services without your parent’s consent. The parent’s consent should be obtained through participating school. For more infromation, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Codebrainer d.o.o. does not collect, retain, use or share students’ personal information, except as necessary for authorized school purposes. Without limitation, this means that:
- We do not sell students’ personal information
- We do not serve any ads on our platforms and do not use information we collect to serve potential targeted ads on other services. Codebrainer does not use or disclose information collected through our services for any targeted advertising purposes.
- We do not build a profile of a student other than in support of authorized school purposes.
- We do not retain students’ personal information beyond the time period required to support the authorized school purposes.
What do we use your information for?
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
- To personalize your experience. Your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs
- To improve our website and application. We continually strive to improve our website offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you.
- To improve customer service. Your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs.

In addition to complying with applicable relevant personal data regulation, we use accepted industry standards, technologies, and procedures, such as firewalls, security software, etc., in order to protect the integrity of your personal data and to prevent any unauthorised access. We also implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. We may release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. If CodeBrainer is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our Web site of any change in ownership or uses of this information, as well as any choices you may have regarding this information.
Rectification (changing, correcting or deleting) of personal data
You have the right to request access to and rectification or erasure of your personal data processed by CodeBrainer. If a request for rectification concerns data that is necessary for CodeBrainer to offer the Services, such requests will have the effect that your account will be terminated at CodeBrainer. If you wish to exercise this right, please contact us at email@example.com. An application shall be made in writing and sent from your own email address that you used to register with CodeBrainer.
You have the right to receive your personal data which you have provided to CodeBrainer, in accordance with relevant personal data regulation, provided that such request does not adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others. This means that if you send us a request to firstname.lastname@example.org we will provide you with all the personal information we have about you.
How long we keep your content?
Following termination or deactivation of your User account, CodeBrainer may retain your profile information and User Content for a commercially reasonable time for backup, archival, or audit purposes.
